About Elevated Concierge

For more than a decade, I’ve been the person people rely on to keep their lives moving smoothly. My career began in early childhood education, where I spent ten years supporting families, creating structure, anticipating needs, and managing the details that make a classroom work. Those years taught me how to be patient, organized, and deeply attuned to the rhythms of daily life.

From there, I transitioned into the world of private personal assisting and property management, supporting multiple residences and high-performing professionals. Over the last five+ years, I’ve managed homes, schedules, vendors, travel, relocations, events, and the countless moving parts that can quickly overwhelm a busy lifestyle.

Through these experiences, I discovered what I do best:

  • A personal concierge provides individualized support to help manage your home, lifestyle, and day-to-day responsibilities. Think of it as having a trusted partner who handles tasks, communication, coordination, and logistics so you can focus on what matters most.

  • I support a wide range of personal, household, and lifestyle needs, including:

    • Vendor sourcing & service coordination

    • Household management tasks
      Appointments + personal scheduling

    • Errands & returns

    • Travel planning support

    • Event and holiday assistance

    • Household projects (remodel, maintenance, etc.)

    If you’re unsure whether something fits, just ask — most personal tasks fall within my scope.

  • For safety, liability, and licensing reasons, the following are not part of my services:

    • Childcare or driving children

    • Medical or financial advising

    • Heavy or deep cleaning

    • Long-distance transportation

    • Anything requiring special licensing or certifications

    If needed, I can help source trusted professionals for these services.

  • I primarily support clients located in Carmel, Indianapolis, Zionsville, Whitestown and surrounding areas.
    Travel outside these zones may be available upon request.

  • Clients communicate with me directly via text or email for quick updates, requests, and coordination. Priority response times are included in upper-tier plans.

  • Each tier includes a specific number of monthly concierge hours and a defined level of support. Your hours may be used flexibly across errands, coordination, research, scheduling, and organizational tasks. Unused hours do not roll over, ensuring consistent weekly support.

  • Additional time beyond your monthly tier is billed at $125/hour, in 15-minute increments. You’ll always receive an update before any overtime is added.

  • Yes — hourly support is available for:

    • Travel itinerary creation

    • Event or holiday coordination

    • Home remodeling oversight

    • Seasonal household projects

    These services can be added to your monthly plan or booked individually.

  • Yes. To provide the highest level of dedicated, ongoing support, I recommend a 3-month minimum commitment for monthly tiers.

  • The process is simple:

    1. Schedule a consultation

    2. Discuss your lifestyle needs + priorities

    3. Select the tier that best fits your home

    4. Begin onboarding and enjoy seamless, elevated support
